Unphogettable

Flavors here are perfect! I come here on my lunch break probably every other week and usually get the special pho. I will say the pho portions are a little small compared to places in south sac, but the portions are just right. By the time I’m done with the meat, noodles and half the broth I’m pretty stuffed. I did try the pork banh mi once and the girl working loaded it up with a lot of meat. She was definitely giving me my moneys worth because I recall wishing there were a little more veggies to balance out all the flavor of the meat, that’s how packed full of flavor the meat was. Overall this is a solid place and I really hope they get enough business to continue staying open. The workers are always extremely friendly, the food always comes fast, it’s in the building next to arden mall

This was hands down the best Banh-Mi I’ve ever had in my life, and I’ve had a lot. The pho was great as well. The owner here is humble and kind, and clearly has a lot of pride in his food. He made this experience feel like a 5-star restaurant.

Very yummy! Great service the owner is so kind! I had shrimp pho, shrimp tempura and Thai tea all were delicious!

Had the pleasure of eating some pho for dinner with my parents. Please note that there has been a new owner at Unphogettable for the past 5 months or so. The quality that the new owner Van (pronounced Vin) puts into his food is different. He cares about not just the food quality and presentation, but also the customer! Give this place a try! It's located in a small food court next to the Crunch Gym and all of his food is jam packed with flavor. Don't believe me? Go see for yourself. Excellent food and I hope he expands to a bigger restaurant. It's rare to see someone make authentic food unlike other pho restaurants.

This is a food court inside Arden mall, not far from entrance, plenty of open seats when we were there. Order and pay up front style, still get food served. Friendly service. Decent food. Tastes are little fusion. The vermicelli with beef (the sauce tasted like korean sweet sauce), the grilled pork one was decent. Fish sauce is not authentic.
