I got the fried chicken sandwich with the combo (which contains a drink and hefty amount of fries). I paid $14.14 after tax and I still feel full six hours later. The food is solid but the service and attention to detail is what makes Uptown Wingz so dope. The cashier went out of her way to move a small table for me to sit and eat. Customers who came in were greeted not only with a friendly smile but also clear references to her livelihoods and families. This is a restaurant where excellent relations and good vibes are abound. When my daughter inquired whether I had tried the new wing establishment, I emphatically responded that I had no intention of doing so. However, I soon observed that my husband and granddaughter frequently ordered from this new venue. I expressed my concerns about their apparent lack of loyalty, to which my granddaughter encouraged me to sample the food, asserting that it was quite good. The first words that come to mind are "clean, flavorful and fresh". There is zero grease on these wings, you just taste the crunch, succulent chicken, seasonings and light sauce. I had the fried rice and again it just tasted fluffy and fresh with no grease. I could taste the wok hey. It was perfect. The best part of the wings are the ULTRA crunchy, fatty, juicy bits at the end of each wing - they just explode with fattiness, soy sauce, pepper and flavor. You will find yourself chewing the ends of each wings until it is all gone. I usually don't do that at other places. This is similar to American Deli in Atlanta. Also, you cannot beat the value for the price. Just go.

I just ordered online via DoorDash. I was playing Russian roulette today with food. I ordered a 10 piece half-and-half, teriyaki and honey mustard wings With fries and a Mountain Dew. When I tell you, the teriyaki wings was so juicy and good, I was in love. Those honey, mustard wings took me to another level. Those are the best wings that I’ve ever had since I’ve been up here in New York City. I haven’t visited the actual restaurant yet, but I’m looking forward too. I will be ordering it from DoorDash again. And if anyone loves honey, mustard, wings, like me! I highly recommend this place.
