Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

This establishment is not autism friendly. It took me awhile to want to write this review because I genuinely hate being a negative Nancy. But I still think back to this day a lot, and it really bothered me & I want to help another special needs family avoid the discomfort and hurt that my family experienced here. A few months ago my husband and I took our 4 year old autistic son here. We had a membership and would go weekly to let him jump and play. We’d purposely go on weekdays when it would be the least busy so he wouldn’t get overwhelmed or trampled by older children. The one night we walked in, and it seemed they had all new staff, not a single person over the age of 17 it looked. There was probably a total of three other kids in the entire building. This was an awful experience. I took my twins here on a Monday night at 5:45, it said it was not busy and it was not but they only had about 5 staff people working, I paid the extreme money for the platinum package and all of the attractions said, contact a staff member , a lot of the attractions were closed and the ones that were open the “off” duty staff were doing them. I am so disappointed in this place and will NEVER return.

We booked a party here for my son’s 7th birthday, and he absolutely loved it! He had the best time with all his friends and family. His favorite was the zip line, but the arcade and VR games were a big hit too. The staff even cleaned up the party afterward, which was amazing with all the chaos of kids running around and playing. They included a free pass to come back for the birthday boy which is so excited to come back and use it

Updated Review: We just had our granddaughter’s 7th birthday party at Urban Air on Sunday. It was great, Mya was our party host and she did an excellent job. She got us all checked in timely and made sure we had everything we needed. She made sure everyone was served and having a great time. My granddaughter had so much fun running around with her friends and playing. We had plenty of time to enjoy the party and play. I highly recommend Urban Air for any event that you have coming up. You have to go to Urban Air, the kids will have a great time, run off some energy. You may even find yourself having a blast. We always have a great time. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The snack area is great, clean and friendly service.

I absolutely love having my grandkids birthday parties there. The kids love all of the activities and being able to play with family, young and old and new friends they meet there. I feel comfortable allowing the kids to run around freely. They have staff on the majority of the stations and they have a keen eye watching the kids and people play. I've never heard any of my family say they were bored or they didn't want to go there. Everyone loves Urban Air! Keep up the fabulous job!
