Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Management at Urban Air is clearly doing a lot right lately. The place has definitely improved. I bring my grandson here pretty often, and there was a time when I honestly dreaded coming because kids were doing as they pleased and employees weren’t monitoring things the way they should. Today, though, was a really pleasant experience—even with a big crowd and a lot going on. I want to give a shoutout 🗣to 💥Aviona and Makhi💥 because they really stood out. Aviona did a great job keeping an eye on things and making sure guests were following the rules and taking turns at the basketball goals. She and Makhi had to step in a few times, but they handled it well so the little kids actually got their chance to play. I also loved watching Makhi interact with the kiddos. The staff was kind but there were very few present on the attractions. With how many limitations this place has the rules are not enforced. My 3 year old was limited to two options due to height but could barely play because it was over run by kids that were past the height requirement. Also behind and on top of the children’s play scape is a construction zone I couldn’t tell if it was falling apart or never finished at all. Highly recommend spending money elsewhere.

Went here for my son’s birthday party and I will NEVER be back here again. I will make sure no one I know ever goes here either. Started off good, the service itself wasn’t anything to brag about but I wasn’t expecting too much. I paid for 10 children and 10 adults and only had 7 adults and 6 children attend. They tried to charge me or “2 additional adults” and when I questioned it she pulled up the list of attendees which showed right there I had 7 adults and 6 children and she was like oh yea. So I assumed she removed the charge. Silly me for thinking that no lol she still charged me and they refuse to contact me back. Secondly their ball pit area is NOT SANITIZED. I CAN NOT REPEAT THAT ENOUGH! THEIR BALL PIT AREA IS NOT SANITIZED! MY ENTIRE PARTY HAVE NOW ALL CONTRACTED FLU B! Beware t

Place has gone down hill . Not one worker doing their job and making sure things are being done in a safe manner. Floors over run with trash , brooms left all around with trash piles. Bathroom is trashed, toilet paper , socks, garbage all over. Every table is booked for birthdays so you can't sit down anywhere. When it first opened it was great , workers did their jobs and it was clean ...now you have kids climbing on top of the obstacle course cage and not a soul in sight. My son was hurt due to the amount of kids in the obstacle course while he was trying to do it. No workers anywhere except on the phone and chasing each other around . Only reason this place hasn't been hit with a lawsuit yet is the waiver. Don't go save your money go somewhere else. I will not go back . They wont fix it

I took my son (3yr) here this past weekend and it was amazing! I would definitely recommend taking your children here. I did jump with my son too. Also, Thank you so much to the assistant manager , Reagan! She didn’t make me feel like a bother with all the questions I had.
