Urban Bird Hot Chicken

So off the bat, service was a little slow… seemed like a busy night despite it being icy and cold out. BUT the staff was friendly and most importantly, the food was delicious! Served hot and fresh so it was worth the wait. Presentation was great… we were so hungry so the pictures are what was left of what we ordered. Four of us ate (mom, dad, and two kids) we ordered the sampler and two kids meals and that was way too much. Mom and dad like spicy so we didn’t share the sampler because added spice to our chicken. But a family of four could definitely eat off of just the sampler. Chicken was crispy and not over fried or greesy. The customer service here is above and beyond. I'd like to especially thank Karina for the great experience. Our food arrived promptly and the chicken was fried to perfection. This restaurant is spotless. Their bathrooms are clean as well. I particularly like the air feel of the interior. The prices are decent too!

Urban Chicken in Arlington is AMAZING! I had the BBQ Mac and it was sooo good — full of flavor and cooked perfectly. You can tell everything is made with care. The manager, Karina, was absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful, welcoming, and provided the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! Definitely coming back and highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and great service! 🙌🔥

Such a chill place. The service was great and the food even better!! We will definitely be back. I got the lemon pepper tenders with elote fries, soo good! My husband tried the Nashville hot sandwich and that was awesome too!

It was 11 p.m. I was hungry and made a bold decision… I ordered a burger. At Urban Bird Hot Chicken. That might’ve been my first mistake. We were told the order would be ready at a specific time. I show up right on time and suddenly it’s “coming off the grill.” Okay… so how did it come off the grill cold? Was the grill on ice? I’m genuinely trying to understand the science here. The fries were actually good. The strawberry lemonade did what it needed to do. Atmosphere was solid. But the burger? Cold and overly salty. It felt like it clocked out before I even got there. Public service announcement: if you’re craving a burger, do not come here for that. You will leave confused. Possibly angry. Maybe both. Now, to be fair, it was late. And this place is known for hot chicken. So next
