US Wings & Deli- Northeast HardScrabble

I will NOT be coming back to this location. Service was horrible. I don’t know if the cashier (female) was having a bad day, but she had a disgusting attitude. The picture on the left is what she first showed me. You can’t really tell from the picture, but the fries were not fresh nor hard as I requested. She said well the food been sitting there for a while. You called at 6:10 . I said and your said 10 minutes. I got here at 6:30 . I said regardless, the fires will not get soft that quickly nor will it be brown. I said the grease is old. I would like fresh fries. She had them to drop the same fries in the grease (probably the same old grease) and showed me again. I said ma’am these are the same fries in the same old grease. Please change the grease. I said I don’t have this problem at the

The wings took about 10 minutes to complete. They were the perfect size, crisp, and flavor! Great customer service when taking my order and just as friendly packing everything up. We ordered lemon pepper, honey garlic, and teriyaki. All were delicious.

Visited the restaurant and was delighted to be there. The cashier was very nice and helpful. This place is popular for what I seen with all the people in and out. Talked to a few of the customers to get a gauge on the restaurant because it was our first time there or any other US deli. We both ordered the 10 wing combo. Mild for one and Honey Mustard for the other. Flavors was good along with the fries. Now I will tell you this, if you don't eat all of the food the same day and you have leftovers for the next day I would suggest putting the wings and fries in the oven instead of the microwave. The fries became more of a mushy frozen texture and wings wasn't as good. We will definitely be back but will definitely eat everything the same day.

blatantly ignores customers when they ask for burgers or gyros plain and serves them up “as they always come” with condiments when explicitly asked not to. no sugar free drink options for diabetics or those not able to process refined sugars and processed syrups. not worth the waste of time or money.

Although the food was good, the service was terrible, I don’t know if the cashier was having a bad day but she was being disrespectful and blatantly had a disgusting attitude. She mocked me in Spanish and laughed like no one could understand her, disgusting behavior. From my perspective I took it as racism, I will not be coming back to this location further more.
