Maureen is the type of person that one would want to deal with in this department. I drove 2.5 hours to get a document and she went above and beyond to help me try and locate it so I could get a passport. It’s nice to know there are people in customer service that actually belong there. What a great person!

So very helpful! Some people come in and dont understand the pressure she is under with rules and regulations, so they post untue, nasty reviews when they dont like the rules!.........It makes me happy to see someone trying hard to help everyone that comes through the door of vital records in Utica. Very poor customer service, gave very untrue information and was very rude. Waited for over an hour for service only to be told that we could not be helped after calling and being told I could be helped. Racist ass people
