I had lunch yesterday (Thursday) while in the area. I got the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw, fried pickles, and a Pepsi. The food was prepared quickly and delicious! I saw outside enjoyed the food! The only downside is since I paid with my credit card, they didn’t ask for my name. They just used the name account to the swipe. Which overall is okay but caught me off guard. Overall, if you’re in the area and are looking for a delicious lunch, stop here!

Extremely let down by this food truck. I ordered brisket and got what I can only assume was overcooked baked pulled pork. There was no smoke flavor to it at all and it was very dry. The "Kansas City Style" sauce wasn't. As someone who grew up in Northeast Kansas I can tell you it is not remotely like what KC Style could be. The hush puppies were not that great. The Mac and Cheese was pretty unremarkable as well but it came with a bonus clump of hair (pictured) Upon finding this I closed up my box and threw it in the trash. I should have went to Burger King....

Frequent-customer here! All I can say is, the smoked turkey is always fresh and cooked to perfection. Custom-made tasty sauces and hands down the best mac and cheese I’ve ever had! Delicious BBQ and several sides to choose from. I love how there are different sauces and how you have options so you dont get stuck with just one bland sauce. The coleslaw is amazing and goes extremely well with the pulled pork. Never waited more than 10 minutes to get my food.

The food is fresh and tasty. The service is friendly and kind. Come try this amazing truck!
