Vaqueros Mexican Restaurant & Taqueria Spokane

This place was delicious! The restaurant was very clean and decently lit. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful in understanding the menu. The food was to die for, very delicious, decently priced and well worth it.

I had the steak street tacos they were excellent. Everyone was very happy with their food. Everyone at the restaurant was very polite and friendly. We will definitely make this our favorite Mexican restaurant.

First time eating here. A group of us stopped in after work and I had never been. I ordered the chicken street tacos (plain) due to allergies and not liking what came on them, as well as no cheese on the refried beans (allergy.) So not sure if the blandness of my whole meal was from that, or more of lacking spices, but there wasn’t really any flavor at all to any of it. It was edible, but nothing to write home about. Salsa for the chips was too spicy for me.

Worst service ever, that's too sad cause we were legit excited to rest here. Once we got our food we didn't once get asked if we needed anything, no refills to our soda or anything. We waited a bit more so we could order dessert cause we figured maybe they were short staffed and the place wasn't that busy, 40m later we had no service we had to get up and ask the hostess to give us our bill. We then see our waiter just talking it out with the hostess. What a joke Oh and I left a review on their Facebook page and they deleted it 😂, shows the type of people they are.

On Monday, December 23, 2024, my wife and our two children (7 years old and 4 years old) ate at Vaqueros for lunch. My wife works across the street and has ordered food from this establishment before but it was my first time. I appreciated how the bussing crew worked hard to set our table when we walked in. By the time we were directed to our seats, not only were menus and silverware already set but they had child-proof drinkware already waiting for my kids. The restaurant’s interior is spacious, clean, and welcoming. Chips were waiting for us when we sat down and they provide you with a hot salsa and a mild salsa. There is a lunch menu and the prices are reasonable. I ordered the two enchilada combo which was $14.95. My kids each ordered the child’s taco and our server accommodated our s
