Variable Cafe

Dinner here was the perfect end to a busy day and a wonderful stop on my weekend of vegan eats. Everything I had was so flavorful and I wish I could have eaten more! The West Coast Shrimp were hot and crispy and were perfect with the sauce. The N Seoul Bowl was spicy, delicious, and filling and the recommended ginger lemonade was a great accompaniment. I got the carrot cake to go and it also did not disappoint. The service was top notch and they created a great atmosphere. I hope to come again and try more!

If you’re looking for flavourful vegan food in a causal setting with friendly service, then Variable Cafe fits the bill! This lowkey eatery has hearty and fresh vegan food, that actually leaves you feeling satisfied. I thought the tofu skewers were the standout dish. Also, I found the Green Goddess dressing excellent. Just a great meal post-hike!

This place makes me swoon! Great vibes. They have easy/free parking, outstanding service, and incredibly delicious food. Neither my fiance or I are vegan, but we may be converted after this meal. We had the matcha latte, power up smoothie, drunk cauliflower, chili, caesar salad, tikka masala, and carrot cake. And there wasn’t a single thing we were ‘’meh” about; it was all so good.

One of the best vegan restaurants in California! We had chilli, Caesar and Green Goddess salads and for dessert - the carrot cake and chocolate chip cookie… everything was to die for!!! They have the creamiest avocado we ever had in our lives. I’ve had a lot of Caesar salads in my life - non vegan ones too - but this one takes the cake!

Not a pho fan. I was recommended by a coworker who just went to this place. So I ordered for delivery. The pho was not bad. The other 2 dishes like west coast shrimp and T2, I threw into trash after a bite. I hate the taste of the fried flour, and the tofu with those southern-east source just (sorry my words) disgusted me. Pesto Ed not too bad for a snack however the heavy soy sauce really got me bloated. Not quite an Asian food fan. However, the pho is not bad to give a try when you are really hungry and craving for calories instead of eating vegetables or proteins to get nutrition and far more benefits your body. Ginger Lemonade is not too bad. So ofc, no longer will order again. Sometimes, I told myself it is ok to waste money now rather than eating something you can not stand to o
