Verde Flavors of Mexico Carmel

Purpose dinner for a team of 13. Everything was decent and average overall. Food, service and overall experience was fine. We got nearly every entree on the menu along with several apps.

Our church congregation survived one of the church members for her 50th birthday . Carlos was our server for about 26 of us . He was very attentive and kind and very patient. He had a really good team that jumped in and helped when needed. Carlos even offered a sparkler for the cake. The food was delicious and fresh. The drinks were also delicious. We called this location last minute after the IronWorks location made a mistake of not entering our reservation into their system a month prior. Carmel location was very accommodating and the birthday girl had a good surprise and we all had a good time.

Visited while on a business trip. Our group used a private room. At first the restaurant noise was pretty loud but once we closed the doors, we could hold a normal conversation. Our waiter was nice and very attentive. The food was outstanding and very unique.

Update: AMAZING second visit. I will put the ribeye tacos here up against any other restaurant. If you haven't tried them you are missing out. Service is friendly and attentive once again. Truly a great restaurant. Original: My wife and I came her for the first time. Late lunch on a Sunday so it was not busy. Our server was friendly, attentive and helpful. The chicken tamale appetizer was good, but the entrees were what really put the experience over the top. I had the ribeye tacos and they were excellent! My wife ordered chicken tacos. The server/kitchen staff were able to modify her order to accommodate dietary restrictions (definitely appreciated) and she really enjoyed the flavor of the shredded chicken in her tacos. We will absolutely come back in the future.

We made a reservation and had a semi-private room. The atmosphere was lovely. Also, I think the location of our room made it easy to forget about us as the service was pretty slow. We waited a long time for our food and for drinks. The food was good though and we had a good time. Overall, I would recommend.
