Vetrano's Restaurant

Great music to create a great Italian restaurant ambiance. Great food and reasonably priced. I always forget to take a picture of the food because I can’t wait to eat. We usually order a little extra to take home for leftovers. We even had our wedding catered from their catering company Tymark. I’m able to go back to Vetranos and get everything I had at our wedding and reminisce about the day. I’m from NJ so I only like specific places and Vetranos was the first place that I valued as real pizza for the westerly/Charlestown area. The bar area is really nice and cozy. It has that local feel to it. And bonus points because I’ve never had a problem parking here!

Great place with great staff. This gem of a restaurant in Westerly is one of our favorite places to eat. The food never disappoints and the atmosphere is relaxing. Our waiter, Tommy, was awesome. He was super friendly and efficient. The portions were so generous that we took home part of our meal. This is a wonderful local restaurant with excellent food and service.

Came here the day after a big snowstorm and they were still open. Amazing service, grapefruit martini was great, calamari, bolognese, and meatball grinder all incredible. I get takeout pizza a lot, my favorite is grandmas style but this time I dined it and it was awesome.

We used to go to Vetrano's once a week back when Russ was the bartender. Visits over the last few years has been declining. We decided to give them a try tonight and it was not good. My husband had the clams and red sauce - the sauce was not sauce it was chunks of dry tomatoes. We did send it back but the next dish was not much better. I had the Chicken Francese - was a fried chicken cutlet with watery sauce with the pasta. Really disappointed as it used to be our go to place.
