From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and truly excellent. What made the evening even more special was how attentive the owners and chef were, personally checking on our table to ensure everything was perfect and that we were completely satisfied. We had an amazing dinner at Via Caneletto in New Smyrna Beach. I ordered the 16oz Delmonico with spinach and potatoes, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and beautifully plated. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. Our server, Stipe, was fantastic. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions without hesitation. He made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back.
