Vibes 3

I want to mention, I came here 20 minutes before closing and the food did not look dried out or old. Mac: 4/5 - good old school style Mac, good cheese blend but it was a bit too salty. Yams: 3.5/5 - I’m not a big fan of mashed yams but they were good. Not too sweet but would prefer if they weren’t mashed. Fried Chicken: 3.8/5 - Cooked well, a smidge too much salt. They refry the chicken when you get there so it had a greasy taste/smell to it. I will try them again earlier in the day.

I love Vibes 3. They serve delicious food and the portion is huge. Ordered the fried cat fish dinner with potato salad and rice. Cat fish was fresh and well seasoned. Rice was tasty and it came with vegetables. The potato salad was amazing. Also got the whiting fish dinner with mac and cheese and rice. Again, the fish was very tasty. Mac and cheese was delicious as well. Overall, Vibes deserves more attention and business. I will definitely have to try their other dishes.

I knew the name because I've been to the Queens location many times. Im happy they decided to bring soulfood to Yonkers. The people that work there are a great vibe which you want when they are making your food. Ive had many things there. My favorites are the flavored wingettes, macaroni/cheese, yams, and the vegetables. They make great desserts as well as there flavored juices. You can't go wrong going to Vibes for your lunch or dinner.

The restaurant itself is "take out" with 2 small tables inside the restaurant. Imo the menu should be bigger and put to the side wall so that people of different heights and vision can see it.I had the grilled shrimp pasta. The price was reasonable as well. The pasta was flavorful and creamy and a really good portion size.

I literally just got some food and omg! The mac and cheese was perfect and omg the lemon pepper wings were just so on point 😭 and the mash! I have no words on how good this food was. I was hiding in my room cuz i dint wanna share 🤣 and to top it off i never had a corn bread sooo good as theres. 100/10 Heres a edit!
