The BEST coffee shop in town, the atmosphere is great and the employees are super attentive! And they even have a little photo moment with outfits set up to fit the era✨ classy and lovely!

Terrible customer service from owner and employees, this is why people end up going to big chain coffee shops because they care when you are satisfied with your order. Matcha is a terrible barista blend. Drink tastes like water with minimal or no flavor. Paid almost $10 just to not enjoy a drink. Do not recommend save your money and go to starbucks or another local coffee shop that actually cares about their customer satisfaction. EDIT: I was told the owner was going to talk to me , instead she talked about me through the speaker camera with the employees stating I know nothing about drinks or matcha given i have 10 years of experience working and managing a coffee shop, so sad that this is the type of service the owner is providing and enforcing on employees. I drove from north to south to try this place and it was totally worth it. We ordered the lotus coffe and ferrero. They were pretty good and different from all the chain coffe shops. I ordered a slice of Italian cream cake and I loved it. I will back just for that plus the delicious coffee. The place has a good vibe, it’s decorated like victorian age and in the back you can dress up and take pictures. I totally recommend it.

be prepared to enjoy what they give you because if you don't enjoy what you're paying with your hard earned money, they won't attempt to fix the situation…. watered down matcha that has a dull green toned color to it, and they will tell you it's your fault for choosing almond milk... customer service is terrible from both and staff and owner... do not recommend

Got the Vanilla Matcha with Almond Milk. SO GOOD! Atmosphere was so calming, was able to just sit, sip, and relax after a long day. Employees were so kind as well. Loved the whole experience, will definitely go again!
