Victorian's Barbecue

The owner had a food truck in Houston. That had a great following, but he wanted. Something different, so 20 miles or so east of Waco. He saw a little corner building for sale. Got it fixed it up, beautiful job. And this food is absolutely incredible. The pork ribs were great !! She loved the brisket. I thought it was just a little. I don't know. It was super tender, but just wasn't quite as moist as the way i get it at other top places. Now, that's my take. You may love it that way, but I leave honest reviews. The sides were incredible. Some of the best Mac and cheese I've ever had in a barbecue place. He told me how he made it so good, but i'm not going to give you his secret.
