Viet Fire Kitchen

Viet Fire Kitchen is an amazing spot for authentic Vietnamese food with bold, delicious flavors. The dishes are freshly made and full of aroma, especially the pho and grilled meats — perfectly seasoned and very satisfying. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and attentive, making the whole dining experience even better. Portions are generous and the prices are reasonable for the quality you get. If you’re looking for tasty Vietnamese cuisine with great service, I highly recommend Viet Fire Kitchen. I will definitely be coming back!

Great atmosphere,awesome service. The garlic fries and shacking beef were really tasty. The pho was average. The only thing I hoped for more was the pickled veggies on the pork and rice plate. Everybody enjoyed the meal and we finished everything on our table…

2.19.26/noon - I called in an order and it was ready in about 15 minutes. That was shocking and the inside was filled with patrons. My vegetarian pho was made fresh. The broth was flavorless and watery; yet needed on this wintery day. There wasn't any real pizazz to my order. However, I appreciated the fresh ingredients. As a first time customer I will return.

A friend of mine recommended me to Viet Fire and I thought, of course, another mediocre Pho joint. Viet Fire Kitchen absolutely blew my mind- their grilled platter combo is not only beautiful to look at, it tastes insanely amazing. The beef, chicken and shrimp have so much flavor. My favorite is their calamari! I am a big fan of calamari and have had it at many places and this is by far the best seasoned and battered calamari I’ve ever had. (Only got a photo of the calamari because I dug into my platter the second it hit the table!)

Thi and Justin deliver some of the most delicious and authentic Vietnamese cuisine I’ve had in a long time, and their outstanding customer service makes the experience even better. The pho was thoughtfully prepared, full of fresh ingredients and bold, comforting flavors that remind you why Vietnamese food is so special. They treat every guest with genuine kindness, making you feel welcomed the moment you walk in. Don’t skip dessert - the flan is a must try!!! It was incredibly light, silky smooth, and absolutely divine; the perfect finish to an already amazing meal! Another spotlight is their lychee gin drink.
