Viewmont Diner

Finally got a chance to try this place, we always pass it on the way to the Circle Flea Market and finally had the time to stop in. It was very hard to decide what to order, all of the pancake and waffle specials looked amazing. I ended up going with the chicken fried steak. The portions were very generous. The gravy was heavy and pretty good. 4 stars only because I thought both the gravy and the potatoes needed more seasoning, I’m not sure if there was any at all on the potatoes, and the toast was drowning in butter. Can’t wait to get back to try the Elvis special.

They named this place perfectly,seeing we showed up as the full moon was rising over the horizon. Nate our server was a very excellent host...our food came quickly and it was great. The chicken orzo clearly house made was spot on and my corned beef and poached eggs were super...my girlfriend's burger was picture perfect...see photos... thanks to the management and staff for a truly wonderful dinner and view..🙂

What a gem! Incredibly delicious food, HUGE generous portion, super friendly service, reasonable prices, best coffee, plenty of parking, delicious baked goods, it doesn't get better than that. I'm soooo happy to have discovered this restaurant. Their grilled chicken is seasoned so perfectly my mouth is watering just thinking of it. It's almost an hour from our home but worth the drive every time. The Greek & Chef salads are out of this world.

We loved the food here. We stopped on our way to upstate NY. The stuffed waffle was absolutely delicious. Eggs were cooked to perfection as well. Very good service and the staff was actually very nice. You can tell it’s the town’s favorite diner as it does get quite busy even early in the morning.

One of the top two Reubens we have had, and we eat a lot of them!!! All the ingredients were delicious and top quality. It was put together well. Asked for extra sauerkraut and came with lots, although there was a $2:50 charge for it. This seems high. They substituted sweet potato fries, and there were lots of them!!! Came with extra sauce and coleslaw. The service was wonderful!!! It's definitely a 5 star plus!!! We highly recommend this place!!!
