Genuinely the best açaí bowl and coffee I’ve ever had, and I mean that wholeheartedly. The staff is also super friendly and always pulls through with the delicious recommendations :)

The food here is good, they have gluten free items which I appreciate! And it’s a cute place! However they really need to optimize their food prep or something, it takes on average 15 minutes to make a smoothie and I’ve waited 30 minutes for an açaí bowl before. I keep giving them a chance because they could be great, it’s just really frustrating to wait so long when there are lots of other faster smoothie/acai/coffee places in the area.

Yesterday around 12:30-1 pm my friend and I came by and ordered smoothies. We waited 25 minutes and I went back in there and asked the girl how much longer. She said another 20 minutes, now I’m not saying I’m upset or anything but what I’m saying is I genuinely felt really bad for her. She looked so stressed and was the only one working, there needs to be at least 2 people working because honestly waiting 40-45 minutes for 2 smoothies is ridiculous. She looked stressed because it was very busy and she needed someone with her. On top of that she didn’t even have change when we asked her we went a refund because I had work soon and she still wasn’t done with the smoothies. We got a refund and left.
