I stopped by this Villa location when I was at Topanga mall. This Villa is on the second floor where the food court is. I came an hour before they close so their options were limited. I got a slice of Hawaiian pizza for my dad which they had. The price is on the higher end because it's inside the mall so just be aware They heated up the pizza before giving it to me. I asked for crushed red pepper in a packet so the lady give me three. The pizza was okay but you should eat it the moment after they heat it up for the best taste.

Alejandra was very friendly professional helped me decide and gave me recommendations on what to eat, and overall had a very great experience with her. The pan pepperoni pizza was really good as well and she said you can't go wrong with it which she was right. Place was also very clean and up kept.

My son loves getting food from here. The team is very welcoming, always smiling and remember us by name and order which makes the experience even better.
