Village Bagels of Westport

Great place grab quick breakfast! We knew this place for a while and finally got to try it after we took our dog to the Winslow dog park (super close). We loved the breakfast bagel sandwiches there. We ordered the no. 9 Fresco on an everything bagel and no. 11 the University on a sesame bagel. The food we received had the bagels switched on the sandwich type we wanted, but it wasn’t a big deal to us. They were both very tasty! We like that they had everything we liked there and weren’t greasy at all! The bagels were more on the soft side if you’re curious. You can tell it’s a popular store with the long line. The service was fast regardless. Would recommend this place to our friends and families.

I really enjoyed my blueberry bagel and French toast muffin! They both were fresh and delicious. The staff is very nice and attentive. The only thing I noticed was that the woman who toasted my bagel only had one glove on. I would just note that they should be wearing gloves on both hands. Other than that great experience and I will be back to buy bagels in bulk!

Bagels are “decent” service not so decent! Gentlemen that works here who is great! But all other staff is truly lacking! 3x in a row I’ve come to this place and had my clearly spoken order messed up either with the wrong bagel or wrong cram cheese! Some employees on the phone at times while taking customers orders. Per example “can I have 2 bagels one jalapeño & one onion both with plan cream cheese” You’ll be lucky to get the jalapeño with plan cream cheese! But you’ll be sure to get a plan bagel with lox and jalapeño cream cheese!

Cold brew is awful! Burnt, bitter foamy garbage. I had to toss it. The salmon, cream cheese and eggs were actually fine but the bagel was stale.
