Village Pizza

I’m so disappointed! Last night was my son’s birthday dinner. I called a day before to order his pizza. I asked for half cheese and half pepperoni. I also ordered 30 tenders and got one sauce each. The chicken was so dry from being over cooked. The pizza was missing cheeses in some parts ( around the edge of the pizza) cheese was all burnt looking. When I called to complain after spending a 100 dollars the employee and the manager that worked on 11-5 was so rude ! When I told her she told me she looked at the pizza and it was fine then she told me they only give one sauce and the guy that took my order on 11-4 did not tell her otherwise. I had my food delivered. I gave a three dollar tip. I know it’s not a big tip, but she was going just a couple of blocks down the street. I don’t think anything more than that is warranted considering they get paid by the hour an that is there job .. My food which I ordered a one dinner plate came in all separate containers. I was just a little confused because that’s never happened before. I ordered coleslaw which seems like it’s 2 to 3 days old prior to being fresh... DON’T GET ME WRONG. MY FOOD WAS DECENT. Every time we place an order they do not make the food correctly or they forget stuff all together. We have ordered from them countless times and 9/10 times they screw up and we have to call. We order buffalo chicken and there's no buffalo countless times. Ask for sauce on the side, nope it's all on the sandwich which just falla apart. Sometimes they have credited the account, but not our online account (very confusing) so the only way to use the credit was to call or to show up, couldn't be used online, like how we place our order. This time they completely forgot and entire item, we called right away they said they would deliver item and it's been over 30mins since that phone call, mind you they are less then a 2 minute drive. One of the best mom and pops pizza house of Rhode Island, hands down! Their sauce is flavorful as is the entire pie. Their menú is extensive and food good! You will not go wrong ordering from here!!!

Honestly unless you want your food to be cold and NOT what you ordered don’t get food from here. I live 2 minutes from this place and my food that was delivered was cold and not even the food that I ordered. The mashed potatoes were clumpy and had zero favor to them as well as the corn. Honestly I’m so disappointed. the $50 I spent at this place for dinner was a waste. I ended up throwing away the trash food and getting dinner from a different place. Don’t waste your money at this place.
