Village Walk Circle Clubhouse

Private meeting, snacks provided by host, so..m Facility is beautiful, has a very nice, fully equipped meeting room, and access to multimedia technology. Free parking. Invitation only not Open to the general public.

My family purchased in 2019 and love our daily life and all of the surrounding beauty living in Village Walk has to offer. The bridges over the waterways, the trees and the landscaping along with the wildlife are like living in a park. The fact that it is for all ages is such a perk. Hearing kids playing and riding their bikes is wonderful. We are very privileged to have a home in Village Walk.

There is no longer a restaurant on the property. It's a gated community. The restauranteur was unable to make a living, and the HOA didn't help. There is a hair salon and a dog groomer. There are 2 pools (the warm "lagoon" and a lap pool with colder water). There are tennis, pickleball courts, and maybe basketball. You can take a small, quiet (electric engine) boat on the beautiful lake, fish*, and venture into the wildlife preserve. There's a tot lot and gazebo, and a central mail box where you pick up your mail. * You can fish off the connecting bridges, too. People do and leave stuff behind. There's a wildlife preserve! You may see: An occasional Alligator in the lake, river otters, and turtles. There was once an armadillo or 2, but they got hit by a speeding car. Same thing with

I would not recommend eating at the cafe, they have been cited for roaches around the deli slicer and other violations. How can you not see these roaches. Unless you like extra protein in your meal, eat at your own risk.

The atmosphere was pleasant, the customer service was good, and the meal was made with high-quality ingredients.
