Super friendly family run restaurant! Awesome food! Loved everything I've had! Love shrimp tacos, chile relleno, enchiladas! Crave worthy primo salad! Coffee, horchata & water melon drinks are so good too!

The food was amazing! Our server was very helpful. Don’t think too much, just go and have their food. It’s like having food at your family’s restaurent.

Wow... I'm very impressed with this place. The food was so good and really decent portions as well. I ordered the camaron de la diabla plate that came with rice and salad. The shrimp were decent sized shrimps and cooked perfectly in a light spicy red sauce. The rice was also cooked perfectly. Super fluffy red rice. Salad was also fresh and good quality. You can tell they focus on quality and freshness. The staff were nice and friendly which made me enjoy my time dining in even more. I'll be back for sure. It's so easy to miss this place because it's in an area where there aren't really any restaurants except on the major intersections of Atlantic and Market, but those are fast food joints. Also, please bring cash. There's a 75 cent charge for card transactions.

I came across their restaurant’s google suggestion and I was curious about it because of the reviews. Let me tell youuuu!! THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT 🥹 Everything that we ordered were so good, and YES we will come back! I was skeptical at first but when we came in, ALL the staff were so welcoming! I took a video of the food but I took a screenshot bc it won’t let me add a video. But omg 🤤 I can’t wait to try more next time! Me & my partner devoured our food!!! My sister, bro-in-law, & my grandma aren’t big meal eater so they couldn’t finish & we had to carry it out LOL YUP ITS A BIG OLE MEALLLL 🤭 I was honestly surprised I finished it, and I couldn’t breathe for being so full LMAOOO BUT YESSS TRY IT YOU GUYS!!! It’s so good and plus the staffs are so nice! Our total came out to be $120+ and

This restaurant is a real find! From the sweet waitress who welcomed us and took care of us throughout a delicious meal. The chile relleno was to die for. It came with rice that was fork perfect. There was a kale salad that we knew was too good to be healthy. I would have been happy with a warm tortilla but instead they provided a soft shrimp taco that was truly over the top. I couldn't quite finish it all. But it was so good. I loosened my belt and polished the plate. There are no leftovers at Villalobos Kitchen. When Pedro the cook came over to ask how the meal was. He could see our plates were clean and our bellies just a smidge bit bigger
