My introduction to pho! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! I got the chicken with vegan broth, so tasty! Also tried the steak with beef broth, both were so good! Tried the nitro coffee, again trying new things. Pretty good!!

This place is great for pre-games! Chicken wings are tasty. House special taste like I'm eating Pho on a chicken wing. The Salt and Pepper will blow your mind. Taps are pay for what you pour. DJ so much energy. Corn hole on site. Oyster shooter at fire pit. So much going on!

I really wanted to like this place because I heard their pho was good. I was disappointed that everything is self serve and non personal, however. You order at a kiosk and they call your name when the food is ready. The pho was delicious and so was the vermicelli. The tofu sandwich is alright. The flavor of the curry is delicious but the yams in it were freezer burned tasting and the giant pieces of chicken in it were full of grizzle. The chicken wings tasted like they were cooked in old fishy grease and extremely dry. I was not able to finish even one. The inside of the restaurant is large and open. It looks inviting. There is also seating outside near some water fountains. The food is very pricey for the quality in my opinion.

The iced coffee I got was only half full even though the MENU photo shows a full cup. I was told it’s because the coffee is concentrated and the ice needs to melt first. Ok, who’s gonna wait for ice to melt before taking their first sip? So I asked to just have it topped off with milk, but they said they had to “make” or “mix” it since they ran out? I’ve never seen Vietnamese iced coffee served like that before. Chicken wings were good though, and my family liked their pho broth!

Vinason has a setup where you order on a digital screen in a food court style environment and then pick up your food at the counter. It’s efficient, but a bit confusing why they prompt you for a tip before checkout when there’s no table service since you just order and grab your own food. The pho comes served in cardboard takeout containers with plastic cutlery, even if you’re dining in, which makes the experience feel cheap considering the prices. I was hoping to sit down with a hearty bowl of pho loaded with a nice assortment of meats like brisket, tendon, steak, tripe, and meatballs, similar to most traditional spots in town. But here, for $17 you only get one cut of meat, and each extra type is $3 more. So a normal mixed-meat bowl would cost about $23, roughly 40 percent more than oth
