Vincent Bakery Cafe

Not as fancy as White Windmill but they always have exactly what I’m looking for. Price is pretty good and there are way less people. I always forget their 50%off section. I only remember it when I’m ready to check out. We try to stop by every time we’re in Duluth.

The dough was completely undercooked — still raw inside! The outside looked fine, but when I bit into it, it was doughy and sticky. Totally unacceptable for a bakery. Please make sure the products are fully baked before selling.

I ordered the Vincent sweet cream coffee and it was wayyy way too sweet. It kind of tasted like instant coffee and lots of sugar syrup. I asked if they were able to pour half out and refill with some sort of coffee to balance it out and I was charged an additional $4 for the espresso. So overall I paid about $9 for a drink I didn’t really enjoy. My bf’s white mocha latte was really good though! Later when it was past 5 pm I decided to try a baked good because it was discounted at this time. The cashier rang it up but didn’t add the discount so I had to bring it up and then she applied it. After that since the total was below the $5 min I wasn’t allowed to pay with my card even though I was able to pay for that additional espresso to my drink earlier. Vincent Bakery Cafe is a great spot for baked goods, offering delicious treats in a small but cozy location. I was able to get a discount on some items toward the end of the night, which was a nice bonus. The staff is friendly and adds to the welcoming atmosphere. It’s a charming little place to pick up fresh pastries or baked goods.
