Vineyards Trattoria & Pizzeria

Went on valentines day, had a reservation, but still had to wait over 30mins to be seated. Then receiving the food itself took over an hour and 15mins!! No management came out to explain anything, nothing from the server explaining anything... Just a free canoli 😂. When the food finally came out, it was only ok. Not worth the wait.

The food was average. We had seven people two of the meals were terrible. The other four meals were average and one meal was good. The service was very lacking. The server stayed away from the table 20 minutes at a time we had to ask for refills on our drinks, we had to ask for forks for desserts and we were charged 50 Cent a plate for desserts since we bought our own birthday cake. The server was also very lacking in personality and barely spoke My wife said she had never been to a worst birthday dinner in her life I had better service at a 7-Eleven getting a Roller dog. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Does not honor reservations. Understaffed. Incompetent management. Mistreated waitstaff. First off, my girlfriend and I love the food here and the wait staff are wonderful. We have been frequent customers here since stumbling on it in October of '21. I am sad to say tonight may have been our last time eating here. While the wait staff is superb, they are far too busy making up for management’s incompetence to adequately serve their customers. They are severely understaffed and have been for some time, the wait team seems to change at least as frequently as the seasons, further hinting at poor management. The food and service was extraordinary . I can’t believe this was my first time dining here. We both tried seafood dishes and I have to say it was Delicious! I will be returning especially for the garlic knots and the in house made Tiramisu

My husband and I LOVE The Vineyards, it's our favorite Italian restaurant. We've been coming here for years and have always had excellent food and service. Their couples night is the best deal in town!
