Vip New Orleans Seafood

I've tried this place twice and my 3 stars is specifically based on how they cook the food (which is why we come) not the service or price. I first went for a shrimp boil with broccoli, corn and potatoes... I got jumbo shrimp... surprisingly there wasn't much flavor in the mild garlic butter. But it was much better then the fried shrimp. Oh man I wanted some fried shrimp so bad, 20 med fried with corn, potatoe and broccoli... as u can see in the image those were some small medium shrimp. But we're was the fry? There was no crisp, no crunch, no coating! They were bland and so I won't order them to cook anything again. The prices for there seafood isn't bad, I just don't like the way they cook it.

I want to say I was so happy to see a fish market that fries and fish. I haven't seen that in a long time originally from Florida so I was so happy to see that here in Georgia. I know they were here. I just didn't know where but I found one and the food was delicious. My fish was fried to perfection the fries. I was so happy to see also that there was shoe strings and not those crinkle fries. For some reason. A lot of places like crinkle fries but I enjoyed my meal. Thank you so much. I will return

I haven’t been here in a while, but I can tell you that this is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed my broccoli was still crunchy when I asked for it to be steamed soft and they’ve always been steamed soft the potatoes like they weren’t even cooked the crab no flavor in the crab. It was horrible. This is the first time and I’m very disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be going back. I’ll keep the same energy. I’ve been keeping all along.

The short lady in the front is rude for no reason honestly and also, why is the crawfish EXTREMELY hot!! Why not serve some that’s either seasoned and some not seasoned. It’s not like it’s lightly seasoned. The crawfish is so hot that it has my lips on fire. It ruins the enjoyment of the actual crawfish. Y’all don’t have to overly season it because of the location y’all in. Some of us enjoy MILD flavors as well.

Good service. Decent pricing. They have a special for $20.99 for jumbo lump crab meat but it’s not jump lump at all backfin at best. But the crab meat is from the USA. No old bay seasoning or McCormick products on site.
