Customer Reviews
I have been a here a few times and every time I leave mildly disappointed. This is one of the few smoothie places in the area; if another business opened, I would gladly stop going to this one. The first time I went here, the smoothie was extremely watered down and tasteless. During my most recent visit, I ordered the rehydrator juice with Kale, Pineapple, Mint, Apple, Coconut Water. I neither tasted nor saw any sign of kale and asked the server if there was a mistake. They told me the amount of kale they put in the drink was very small. The drink was okay but I don’t think there was any kale in there whatsoever
I ordered something with no banana in it. Got a beverage that tasted strongly of banana blended with açaí. Thought I was just going crazy but then I got giant chunks of unblended banana assaulting me through the straw. They either got my order wrong or gave me the wrong beverage, and couldn’t even blend it properly. Second trip here, the first smoothie was fine but neither were good enough to warrant the price.
I really love the food at Vitality Bowls but the service at this location has consistently been disappointing and today was unfortunately the worst experience I’ve had. I’ve been sitting here for about 45 minutes waiting for a simple order. First, I was accidentally double-charged at the register, which I caught and had to correct. Then they tried to ring me up for the wrong item, which I also had to correct. When my order was finally made, it was given to the wrong customer. After another 15 minutes, they brought out an order that still wasn’t mine. I’m currently still waiting. I want to support this location because I enjoy the food, but the level of disorganization and repeated mistakes makes it really hard to justify coming back. Hoping management can step in and improve the tra
For a $12 acai bowl, the acai was watery and tasteless. We enjoyed the fruit and granola toppings, but after we'd eaten through them, we couldn't enjoy the acai plain. Wouldn't come back here again.
This is by far one of my favorite places! The couple that owns this restaurant is so sweet. They remember my name, my husband's name, and our food preferences. Their staff have clearly been trained and are very sweet and knowledgeable. A+ customer service! The food is great and reasonably priced. Everything I've had is delicious. If you want real food that's wholesome, minimally processed, and makes you feel good, you should definitely stop by and order a smoothie, smoothie bowl, or panini. Go check them out!!
