Vitality Bowls

Second visit in a week. Erin prepared my meals each time. Super kind, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Can’t believe she works the whole store (front/back) all by herself each morning I’ve come here. Beautiful presentation, ingredients, and quality! Thank you, Erin!

This was without a doubt the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I went in today with my mom and two others. The shop was completely empty when we arrived aside from the server at the counter. She asked what we wanted and when we said we needed a minute to look at the menu, she rolled her eyes and told us the menu we were looking at was the harvest kitchen menu. We were confused as she made it sound like it was another restaurant and when we asked, she was really curt again and didn’t explain what she meant. My mom asked her a question about the menu and her answer was short, said with a really rude tone and came with another eye roll. This was all within about 4 minutes. I've been going there once or twice a week for about a year. Finally today after my order was prepared I asked the waitress/food preparer what was the benefit of the rewards program. They said oh yes I did notice you had some points on there let me look. She then told me I had 1200 and something points and the next time I came in I could get $10 off but never offered it to me when I was placing the order. This place has a big turnover in employees and thus I find the quality and consistency of the food to vary greatly. They always apologize but they never offered to accommodate any discounts. That being said when I did mention something wasn't right at the swan location they immediately gave me a $3 coupon for my next visit. The items are not inexpensive and it's always between 20 and $25

Ryan does an outstanding job here at this location. Always helpful and courteous. The food and açaí bowls at vitality are also very healthy. So that, along with the great staff makes this Vitality location one of our favorite places!

The Blue Bliss bowl with chia seed pudding added is an amazing combination. The portion was generous. Their quality is much fresher than the other açaí bowl place I used to go to a lot. This place will be my new go-to.
