Viva Mexican Grill

As an avid Viva customer this place is more than great. The 2 ladies and 1 guy that works there are very consistent with their portion sizes, and how good the food tastes. The atmosphere is very quiet, and nice. As someone who doesn’t like noisy, and loud atmospheres this place is literally amazing, if you want to have a quick nice meal inside a quiet restaurant, this is the place to go.

Enjoyed lunch today here—had shrimp tacos and my husband had steak tacos. Quick service and authentic ingredients. You order at the counter, then they call your number. A good spot during the summer crunch, never crowded. Locals eat here, we’ve ate here many times! Enjoy.

This was such an authentic experience. Reminded me of food from Merida Mexico. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The cashier was so sweet and very patient with my children as they made their choices.

We came here after Bodie Lighthouse and before Jockey’s Ridge for a quick fuel up. It not only hit the spot, it was delicious! My husband got the chicken taco salad and I had a shrimp quesadilla. They arrived quickly and everything tasted very fresh. There was hot sauce available on the counter with the napkins to personalize your heat. Also the prices were perfect for a quick lunch. If you’re in the Nags Head area, stop by - it’s worth it.
