Vocelli Pizza

When we moved up to Westminster about 2 years ago, this place became our go-to pizza spot because it was consistently good. Over the last few months, I don't know what changed, but it was swift and not for the better. We ordered and received a pizza that was basically uncooked. No one is perfect, so we tossed it in the air fryer. No love lost. Welp, time after that, the same problem occurred. Not particularly smart, we ate some of it before getting upset stomachs and just tossing the rest. Against my better judgment, we tried one last time and got the most uncooked pizza so far. I was stretching the crust. Keep in mind, we asked for well done every time. We gave up on ordering from here so much that we started driving over the line into PA to pick up pizza. I had a great experience tonight thanks to the server Kara that was on the receipt! She took my order with such a positive attitude and was extremely polite from start to finish. After taking my order, she went straight to the back to start preparing the food, which I really appreciated. My order came out in about 10 –12 minutes perfectly timed. The food was hot, fresh, full of flavor, and it looked phenomenal when it came out. You can tell she really cares about her work and her customers. Excellent service all around!

I order sub with spinach (had to pay extra) did not receive spinach on my sub. Order a salad had to pay extra for extra dressing. Didn’t receive not a single packet of dressing!!!

Horrible cheesesteak! no meat! It was all bread/roll

Service here is awful there is never anyone working the counter. Stood waiting 10 minutes at the counter for someone to come and two people in the back seen me there. Food quality has dropped off since the move to the new location and we did try the breakfast one time and wow was that terrible. Overall a disappointing experience two times now so I think today is my last visit.
