Waah Indian Bistro & Kwality Ice-Creams

Waah has definitely become one of my go-to spots and recommendations to friends! super cute lil Indian-style pizza place and ice cream parlor that features both classic flavors and Indian dessert inspired flavors, what more can a girl ask for 🥹🥹 I tried out their Chicken Tikka Masala pizza and I’ve also tried some of their ice cream flavors: gulab jamun (the Indian dessert!), mawa kulfi (classic milk), kulfi falooda (rose ice cream), and Chikoo (creamy sapota/sapodilla fruit), all of which were sooo good. In terms of price, it’s pretty standard. $3.99 for a kid’s scoop, $4.99 for one full scoop. The pizza may look a lil small but it’s so loaded with toppings that it’s more filling than you think. Paneer Tikka Masala Delight pizza. Delicious! Super friendly and helpful service. You can create your own pizza although there are lots of pre-set options too (my friend had, and loved, a Butter Chicken pizza). Pizza crust was amazing - light and tasty, not dense, allowing the toppings to shine. Waah also sells ice cream (including Dubai Chocolate ice cream). The lunch was plenty filling so we’ll save the ice cream for next time.

The buttered chicken pizza was incredible. Every component stood out and replacing tomato sauce with the butter sauce blew me away with how well it works. The crust was out of this world, some of the best I've had in recent years. 9.2 out of 10, I'll be a repeat customer and it's worth a drive

I recently visited Waah Indian Bistro at Baymeadows and was pleasantly surprised. It’s great to finally have a spot in Jacksonville that offers ice creams reminiscent of the flavors we enjoyed back in India — most of the ones we tried were really good. What stood out even more was their Indian-style pizza. We had the Kadai Paneer and Kadai Goat pizzas — both were soft, fresh, and full of flavor. The fusion of Indian spices on a pizza base worked really well and was a hit with our guests too. We enjoyed it so much that we went back just two days later! The staff was friendly and checked in to make sure everything was to our liking. They make their dough fresh daily using wheat, which probably explains why the pizzas tasted so good. The pizza was AMAZING. The flavor leans more "Indian food" than "pizza", so if you don't like Indian food, this may not be for you. But if you do like Indian food, you should absolutely try their pizza. I got a large goat Chettinad pizza with paneer added, and peri peri powder on top. The pizza had loads of toppings, fresh veggies, and everything had great flavor. The peri peri added just the right amount of heat, and the pizza crust was exactly what I'd want from a stone fired oven too. I also tried a veg puff and a paneer puff. The veg puffs were somewhat similar to a samosa filling, but in a puff pastry shell. They were very good. The "cream buns" were a miss for me personally.
