WaBa Grill

This particular location here is my go to one, the others around this area are not so clean and customer service not so good. This location their food is always fresh, place is always cleaned and service is pretty good. Only reason for the 4 stars is often times they don't put enough meats/protein for what you are paying for other than that good spot for Waba!

I visited this WaBa Grill around 7:30 PM and was extremely disappointed by the service. The cashier, Jeanet, was unwelcoming from the moment we walked in. When my husband and I asked for more information about the family meals, she simply pointed at empty containers without offering any explanation of what the meals actually included. When I decided to switch my order to chicken plates, she responded with a clear attitude. I asked to speak with a manager to address the situation, but she claimed they had already left for the night. To make matters worse, when I asked for their closing time, she told me they closed in 30 minutes (at 8:00 PM), even though the store signage and website state they close at 9:00 PM. My husband called the store shortly after we left, and she then correctly state

I was introduced with a friendly greeting right when I walked into the franchise. Misael helped me with my order and the kitchen staff had my order ready by the time I got my receipt and card back. As I was eating Misael made it his mission to make sure I had a good dining experience asking if I needed anything. Waba Grill in Covina provided the best customer service experience I've ever experienced out of any fast food chain that I've been to, from friendliness to getting my food instantly. Food was delicious as well.

Too slow services . Take so long to give the orders. Just stat its much.
