This place is not welcoming. And it only caters to “app/online” orders, leaving you standing there waiting to order. I waited a total of 25nin to get my food. The owner was micromanaging the togo orders in frustration thus making the staff tense and hostile. Let the workers do their job. You were stressing them out and stressing us out in line watching this. They used to let the workers play music there’s no longer any music and its not a welcoming environment to sit down at lunch. Ill make the drive to grove location instead.

I came here 2 days ago for an online pickup order and the women with the red hair that works there didnt care to say “how can i help you” “i’ll be with you in a minute” or anything of that nature, she ignored my presence. She started talking to her co-workers instead of asking what i needed. I had to interrupt her to get my online order. I came back today and there was a kind man with a beard and a red hat working today, greeted me, asked me how my day was, and even said he’ll be with me in a moment… That man deserves a raise! Teach ALL employees to be respectful to customers. I enjoyed my second experience much more than my first.
