WaBa Grill

I was at this establishment earlier today 2/7/26 I had placed my order at 3:20ish and my food was supposed to be ready at 3:45 I never received my food after waiting past 4:10 my fiancé had gone in to check if the food was ready and after asking for a refund since we had waited over an hour at the time for the food the cashier proceeded to give my fiancé attitude telling her if she “couldn’t wait 3 more minutes” and had another coworker laughing at the fact she was being disrespectful towards my fiancé. The excuse is that there was only one person working at the time before two more had arrived but it’s poor management and paying customers shouldn’t have to wait that long for “fast food” as others had also been complaining about the wait and wrong orders.

Horrible service. I waited over 20 minutes just to order my food and i ended up leaving instead. One person was working both the register and cooking. I was at this location on different ocassion and it was the same experience. Ridiculous. Get more employees!!! Also, competant enough to work the register. Hope they get paid extra for working double duty. Shame on you Waba management.

I literally found a piece of frozen paper in my salad that said August 28 on it. I hope I didn't unknowingly eat the rest of the paper. Do they not check what they serve people. Shame on you waba I will never be back to this establishment again. Beware customer's this is what they are serving people. And I tried calling to avoid driving back and no answers the phone

Manager Patricia is a person who makes a difference. She provided me with excellent service. She is a very kind person and very dedicated to her work. People like her deserve to be told how grateful I am as a customer. Thank you patricia :)

Patricia L. Has great service skills. She was alone and got an order of 10 out quickly. Definitely will be coming back.
