First of the lady told me I couldn’t use the bathroom when I had a pick up order. I had to show her my phone. Second off when I got the food, the rice was soggy. The vegetables were way overcooked and all the water from the vegetables leaked into the rice and it made the whole thing kind of nasty. Bad attitude, bad customer service bad food prep not a good location. Don’t come here. I had a feeling it wouldn’t be good. I should’ve listened to it. My biggest trigger as someone who suffers with diabetes is these restaurants telling saying you cannot use their bathroom. that could literally put me in the hospital. when I have to pee, It is a medical emergency. Even if I didn’t have a medical condition it’s still really makes me sick. I don’t care that you guys have a homeless problem. I’m obv

$13 for two ice cream scoops of meat. Yes I clumped it together. Got vegetables on the side… I guess it evens out? What do you think? June 3 2025 Update: Why would I go to your website? You should be offering to make it right when I go back. Matter of fact you should be refunding me out of respect.

My experience here was pleasant. Note I went midday on a weekday. The place was clean. The cashier (Maldoo ?) was super nice and helpful. Got the Waba plate half white rice and vegetables. Garlic Serrano and spicy Waba sauce. Avocado too. Food was really good. Vegetables were a little too crispy but still tasty. Food tasted fresh as you can see it being prepared. Roughly $18

Terrible service. Will not go back to any other wabs because of this. I literally only placed a drink order on the app for a Pepsi, I placed it in the wrong store by accident so I told them since it was just a drink and not food if they could help me, and they couldn't. Yes I made a mistake but they happen and it was a small mistake, just for one regular drink that I had paid for even if another location? I feel like it could have been different. Store wasn't even busy. Thanks

Food was fresh and delicious, only downfall is the lady was being very stingy with the waba sauce, so make sure you check your bag and bowl before you leave.
