I stopped by this Waba Grill this morning to pick up lunch for my wife. She wanted their Salmon Veggie bowl and I customize it to get easy rice but more veggies. They charge extra for that so just be aware. I placed my order through their website and select the time when the store officially open since it was an option. I been to the plaza this place is in before and there tons of parking here. I arrived early to visit another store nearby to return my Amazon package. When I walked to this store, I saw that they don't open early. So when they officially open, I walked inside and checked in with a worker. There was hair in my food. The manager was not helpful at all and did not want to replace my food after I had to drive back in disgust after eating hair. Would not be eating here again. Not sanitary and customer service is 0/10

It's pretty gross when your establishment has a B grade on the window (only noticed when I was leaving) Soda station super sticky and dirty and this was at 11 am so you know they don't clean. Cashier just chatting with the cook during her free time instead of clean.

30 cents for dressing ?? Just because your manager said so ?? From bad to worse !! Chicken taste really bad undercooked , beef was ok but the girl at cashier not polite at all , but charge for a dressing when you already purchased from them is insane!! Will never come back !!

Zero stars! When you pay over $1 extra for avocado, you don’t expect this! The fact that they even served the bowl like this shows they don’t give a damn. Not going back.
