I wanted to make a small complaint regarding your location in Ventura is the second time I’ve gone to get food overall from you and my impression of one of your workers. It must be the main worker there there. It was very passive aggressive not very welcoming either I feel like every employees is the face of the company and they should be more welcoming and not so passive aggressive with minor things and bad at the world . his behavior was more like he didn’t want to be there and was bothered and this is the second time I’ve been there with the same attitude on a different day. This the older man working the register . Next time I’ll video tape my experience.

Whoever the girl that works there w red hair needs to go. Shes rude and no customer service skills what’s so ever. I ordered a simple steak, chicken veggie bowl, w green onions and avocado. Once I get my food and start eating I noticed it’s only chicken and missing green onions. No big deal.. I walk back in, wait in line and let her take care of customers first. I then politely told her I order steak, chicken and veggie bowl. She said “NO! You ordered chicken” some customers looked. I said no, I ordered steak, chicken veggie bowl w green onions and avocado. She then gave me a dirty look and said. Well that’s going to be a $1 more! I said why even thought this was a simple mistake on your part? She rolled her eyes. Instead of making my order right, she just put steak on a separate cup and s

This place is horrible. Smells like a dirty gym locker room when you go in. You stand at the counter and everyone behind ignores you and refuses to make eye contact. Then you order at the kiosk which is out of paper and doesn’t give a receipt. Then sit there for 20 minutes waiting for them to make your food. First time and last time here. This place needs to do better, but judging by the other reviews nothing will change.

One of my go to places! I have never been disappointed or had a bad experience with food here. The Waba veggie bowl with avocado with a side of dumplings makes for a perfect night!

Whoever is in charge needs to give Dulce a raise and a promotion!! This beautiful soul was handling every station right now and doing it with a smile!! This is exactly who you want representing your company. Thank you again for everything Dulce!!
