Fast, friendly, delicious. First time trying this place and we were not disappointed. The Burria tacos were the best I have ever had. So much meat! The menu is a little pricey for a food truck...but it is in East Nashville and you pay for quality! Definitely will be eating here again.

Not only were the birria tacos absolutely delicious, they were down-to-earth and a solid 10/10—worth every penny. The dipping sauce was equally amazing. If you’re in the area, you’ve got to stop by. Plus, the guy who served me made it even better. Honestly, these might be the best tacos I’ve had, and I’m from out of town. Truly to die for!

Wacamole – East Nashville Wacamole is a must-try Tex-Mex spot in East Nashville. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. The quesabirrias were the star of the meal—crispy on the outside, packed with juicy meat, and perfectly cheesy, especially when dipped into the rich consommé. The quesadillas were generous in size, well grilled, and topped with fresh cilantro and cheese that added the perfect balance. The tacos were also delicious, full of bold flavor and clearly made with quality ingredients. Portions are great, the food feels homemade, and the flavors really stand out. If you’re craving authentic Tex-Mex with a modern twist, Wacamole is definitely worth stopping by. I’ll absolutely be back! 📍 East Nashville

Food truck experience. Order at the kiosk. pickup at the window when ready. Birria tacos were really good as was the example bowl. They did mix up or order And got salsa instead of guacamole for our chips and guac. overall super tasty and I would eat there again.

Delicious! I stopped by today and had the quesabirria and a quesadilla, both were incredible—generous portions, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The sauces were amazing and added just the right kick. Additionally, everyone working on the truck was friendly and welcoming. Great food and great people
