Waffle House

This would normally be a total 5-star review but this incident has happened two times within the last few months. I completely understand the need for cleaning the floors between shift changes (and I do not have a problem with that) but the use of an extremely fragrant floor cleaner (Fabuloso) while customers are eating is unacceptable. I found it difficult to breathe (much less enjoy my meal) while inhaling the fumes. Please consider purchasing a different less-fragrant cleaner to use in the presence of dining customers.

Very friendly, talkative and familiar wait staff. The service was fast, but the food wasn't great. The grits were so cold, butter didn't melt on them. The waffle wasn't cooked through and was pale and doughy. There were scarcely and pecans in the pecan waffle and those were just dumped in the middle.

Burnt my food I asked them to remake it they did it was still burnt it was black stuff in my drink.i was charge 10.25 for a drink i only took 2 sips out of an eggs i took one bite I left.horrible cook was more worried about talking to a customer trying to flirt didn’t care about quality.watched him give more attention flirting than cooking

Had 2 patty melts cooked to perfection 👌 👍 🥰 💞 great service as well 😀 👍 👌 🙌 hope to visit again coming back through.

Had a great experience at this waffle house great food and wonderful service from our server Momma Donna she was awesome!!!
