Waffle House

The cook was on the phone the entire time he was cooking ! Gloves touching the phone then the food. Eggs were to be scrambled and it had runny white!

We came here because of Waffle House doing the amazing thing of donating all the proceeds to the victims families. While we were there it was very somber feeling, just still in complete shock of how close this was to home. The service was great, the food is always good. Please try and go over the next 20+ days and always support this place.

Absolutely awful! Got my order wrong... 3 times. Was there 45 minutes. And still had to pay for my order. I tip according and very well. When my order is made how I ask for it, I tip the cook and the waitress. Very very well. I am a picky eater and they had a few customers. But I recently had oral surgery, so I have to be. They also had 2 cooks(no excuse). 2 burgers wrong, 3 times. And when I finally got to leave, the orders were still wrong. I will start going back to the Smyrna location. Oh and while I was there for the last set of burgers to be made over, my hashbrowns were sitting there getting cold. So I had to microwave my food once I got home. I normally only go there. But they have went way downhill in the past year. Oh and what restaurant only has diced onions? And who puts dice

Horrible experience!!! We have been waiting for this Waffle House to open for months....and what a disappointment! We walked in and only 2 tables where occupied ALL the others where dirty and full of old dishes. We had to sit at the dirty counter and wait 10 min for someone to acknowledge our presence. Another 15 for someone to take our order and another 45 to get our food, well...2 of us got our food, the 3rd had to wait until we finished eating to get her food. Coke machine wasn't working, so no sodas, ordered coffee and even though they finished the coffee on us they didn't start another pot. So when we asked for more we had to wait for them to start a pot. People where walking in and literally walking out because all the tables where dirty and no one was great in them. The kitchen was

Did a pick up order, 30 minuets prior pulled up in my uber and they hadn’t even started to make it and the place was empty ! No phones to call to make sure they got the order just a mess
