Our visits to this establishment are often spontaneous. The exceptional service provided by one particular employee, who frequently represents a minority demographic within the restaurant(funny calling waffle house a restaurant), is a primary reason for our return. Her consistent positive attitude,smile and dedication to her work are commendable. Furthermore, her attentiveness is kind,I told her I don't do eggs, she inquired about potential allergies, which I found to be a thoughtful and professional gesture. Waffle House is an experience with a following that borders on fanatical - like fans of the Grateful Dead! It’s a chain. Same restaurants in any city/state. Reliable and always good! Chocolate chips. These waffles are not thick Belgian style waffles. They are more thin - like traditional waffles - slightly thicker than pancakes. Others in our party had the hash brown bowl and the egg sandwich. All were great. You walk out of Waffle House feeling very FULL. I would have given the food a 5 but the hash brown were cooked way too crispy.. Everything else was great. The servers were absolutely wonderful .. Even a couple of the other patrons were great. Holding doors and offering to help me . I had a great experience.

So i came in 8:50am 9:15am still haven't decided my food it took 15 min for them to even serve me a water. 3 groups walk in after me all served with food and drinks before I received my water. It would be one thing if they were busy but when I walked In at tops 6 people were seated
