Waffle House

Absolutely phenomenal experience at the Waffle House on Premier Circle in Charlottesville, VA! We came in right after a nearby festival ended, so the restaurant was packed — but the team handled the rush like total professionals. Despite the high volume, our food came out shockingly fast, hot, and cooked perfectly. The kitchen staff and line cooks worked like a well-oiled machine, staying calm under pressure and making sure every plate looked great and tasted even better. What truly made this visit exceptional was the amazing customer service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Robert was great. He was quick, easy to talk to and he prayed with us. Food was awesome as well. The cook did an excellent job, food disappeared in about 3 minutes.

Has to be, hands down, one of the most enjoyable meals and experiences I’ve had. Shelly was stellar! Her conversation and disposition were amazing! She was on top of her game! The food was delicious, cooked to perfection. She and the chef worked extremely well together! Clean restroom and restaurant! Can’t go wrong!

Many folks give this place a bad rap. However, you can't come to this restaurant expecting the Ritz Carlton. They always get the orders correct and deliver to your table efficiently. This place is still super awesome. Value for the money is top notch! 💯💯💯
