Waffle House

They served us a waffle with less batter than usual. We were too hesitant to ask for a new one, worried that it might result in unfriendly service. (They were very busy.) Also, compared to before the recent price increases, the portion size of a single waffle has noticeably decreased. That said, the staff were quick and efficient in handling many orders. We're especially thankful to Brittany—she was attentive and kindly refilled our coffee in advance.

Being from the south, I'm surprised there's only one waffle house here in town. Still, this works. The food is like every other waffle house, quick and made to order. It's greasy, but that's what you expect. Tasty.

We were the only customers in the place at 10:30 am for breakfast, and we got waited on okay, she brought us our food and never came back to our table, she sat with a male coworker at the benches/bar seats, and I looked back at them and they were rubbing heads and looking at something on her phone. We had to speak up and ask for her to refill our coffee. She never came back to see if we needed anything, so when I paid the cashier, of course, I left NO tip and I told the cashier "the food was good, but the service was horrible" she just said "I'm sorry for that" I wouldn't suggest going to this location. *It was silent in there too. The other employees left out the back after preparing our meals.

love this waffle house! staff is always very friendly and attentive. the last time I went I got the all star special with biscuits and gravy and it was delicious! their gravy is amazing and their biscuits are perfectly made! highly recommend trying their biscuits and gravy. everytime I go to waffle house it is always delicious. I will probably be back again sometime this week because I love breakfast so much and it's so cheap!

The new server, my mom, brother and I had tried to over charge us on food. Double charge us on what my brother got. And added in $2.45 extra. Than got mad because we called her out on it. Plus almost STOLE my mom's cellphone. When my mom came back in for it. At first she didn't give it back. Until my brother called it and it rang in her apron. This is the first time someone has done this to my family. We have been going to this location since we moved to Colombia in 2004. So 21 years.
