Waffle House

Order was made wrong and when I tried to call about the issue, their phone tells you to press 1, but then tella you that is an invalid selection. Bad customer service, I hope they respond and address it and fix their phone. I placed an online order for a bacon hashbrown bowl. They made it with sausage, but because it was to go and tied in a bag, I didn't realize till I got home. The person it was for, does not eat sausage. Very disappointing experience, especially when I couldn't get through to talk to anyone. UPDATE: Received an email from the district manager who very professionally and kindly explained they were having a phone issue and refunded me for the meal. Impressed by their response and will gladly give this location another try.

⚠️🚨Finally some great service!! Regina served my spouse and me around 11:45 PM on November 3rd, and she was absolutely wonderful. I’m not sure of the chef’s name that night (I believe it started with an “M”), but he did a fantastic job as well!! May I add the restaurant was very tidy, including the bathrooms! Regina has been a loyal employee for over 12 years, and it truly shows. In a time when great service is unfortunately increasingly rare, both Regina and her cook went above and beyond to make our visit the highlight of our day after a long and difficult day at work. To Waffle House corporate — please take notice of Regina!!!! Food was tast, as always. Enjoyed the cheese steak bowl. Sweet tea was delicious. Neice enjoyed her double waffle with chocolate chips. Server was attentive.

Ordered hashbrowns medium, does this look medium to u? And then our waitress gave me the "side" eye when I said the cook needs restrained.

Samantha was our waitress, and she is the best we have ever had. Sam is friendly, kind, and very good with customers. We watched her work throughout our meal (which was absolutely delicious) and she is a hard worker. We felt the need to give her this shout out because she definitely deserves the attention. We come in at least once a week during late hours , and the food is always perfect. It's also the cleanest waffle house around. Great staff on after hours! Will be back!
