Waffle House

I love this waffle house! I don't know why, but I always feel like I'm home with my sister's and we're just cutting up lol. The ladies here are so down to earth, very attentive, and get your order right the first time, every time! If it's too quiet in there, they get it hype with family friendly music from the machine. Not too loud, but just enough to please everyone.

Great inexpensive late night breakfast! Being in there at 1:00 a.m., the staff was so friendly and attentive and amazing. 10 stars just for the staff!

This review is overdue. I stopped by on Thursday, 02-09-23 to have breakfast for dinner. Waffle House sent me a coupon for a free waffle for my birthday. This location had better reviews than the Independence location in Charlotte. I ordered the all star breakfast for takeout. My order was prepared right away. I forgot to take a picture of my waffle; everything was good and I'd return to this location.

I feel it’s important to highlight the sharp contrast in service I received.from Nate was courteous, efficient, and truly represented your business well. Unfortunately, the female Caucasian Mqnager pictured below provided a very poor experience — lacking in professionalism and attentiveness. The difference between the two interactions was striking. I believe this should be taken seriously, both to commend Nate , and to ensure that all staff uphold the same high standard of service.” She told us don’t sit there sit at a clean table but they were all dirty .while she leaned on the counter She rolled her eyes at us … she is the worse excuse of a Manager I have ever seen She was not wearing a name tag while waking with a cigarette in her hand and handling everyone’s food

The food here, like every Waffle House, was great. But earlier this morning I went to eat with some friends and across the whole time of eating this lady taking orders with the neck tattoo is cussing up a storm up and down behind the counter. By the time we are leaving the table I was at was given one ticket and a friend of mine took it up to the register, and naturally I thought it was all put on one ticket so said friend just payed it in full and I was gonna cash app them my piece of the order outside, and everyone else in the group thought the same thing. We walk outside and neck tattoo lady comes out and says who had *my order* and I realized my piece of the order was accidentally unpaid for. So of course I walk right back inside and said I’m sorry and started to try and explain the mi
