Waffle House

While the staff were very nice, they got my order completely wrong. My hash browns were baked even though I PAID for cheese, tomato and onion. I requested chicken sausage; was given pork. I PAID for cheese on my eggs and didn’t get it. Also, no butter for my waffle. Not happy. Won’t return.

11:04pm These two were the joke of tonight. Lead by a mid age red head white guy was very rude. Paid for a meal with a drink. The drink was very nasty. Asked for an exchange and he said he’s not doing it. I was confused. Only receiving the drink less than two minutes. Maybe he should consider choosing a job that DOESNT require customers services. This type of person shouldn’t be allowed to cook over no one’s food. First time ever having issues at this particular area. But then again what do you expect!

I had decided to take out my family for some Waffle House on January 26, 2026 around 9PM. 2 people were working a male and female, the male was patient the whole time. As soon as we walked in, there was a woman counting the store money and with a rude attitude she told us to seat spaced out, ok no problem. When she came to take our orders for drinks she had a very rude attitude towards my sister, as if she was pissed for us walking in the store. We got up and left, I told her to cancel our order and my sister confronted her on her attitude. Very bad customer service.

I usually come on the week day and the crew is super nice. Weekend isn’t such. Customer service sucks also. Long waiting time also don’t feel welcomed. Just gonna go week day crew now on.

Better everytime. Katie and crew are on point EVERY TIME. I'm in there atleast once a week for a late lunch. My food is always prepared perfectly and quickly. The tables, floors, cooking area and bathrooms are always clean.
