Waffle House

The guy server and girl cook I had last night were top tier. Best service I’ve had in a while. So good that I came back tonight, total 180 The white lady with glasses was our server. We walk in and say hello, no response. So as we get closer we say another greeting. Nothing in response. She did pick at her earwax, look at it, rub it on her shirt, then immediately grabbed our silverware. GROSS. Then finally says the words “what can I get you to drink”. She coughed in her hands then grabbed our plates. Then after she messed up part of my dad’s order, she was scratching her hair while talking about it. Hygiene is not the best with this specific server. Every other time I have been here it’s been outstanding. But very upset with our server tonight. I would give one star if I were to be basin

For several years, this was my go to location for Waffle House. Sadly over the course of the last couple months, things seem to really be going downhill. Honestly, I don't even mind it being a little dirty and ghetto, as that's what you would expect from a Waffle House late night visit. However, recently the quality of the food has gone downhill, which is crazy. Last night our hashbrowns weren't even cooked properly - that's a problem. Hash browns should always be excellent and always have been until recently. Also received a waffle that was so undercooked it could not be eaten, just doughy. It seems like things are getting a little worse each of the last three or four times we've gone over the last couple months.

Oder an all star with bacon smothered Hashbrowns and OJ Received no smothered hashbrowns no OJ no bacon. Charged for everything now has to drive back to get a refund smh. Tired to give me hashbrowns and eggs smh

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Service was on point, friendly, fast, checked on us several times. Will definitely go back

We normally go to Waffle House pretty frequently. This was our first time at this location. It wasn’t that busy, but it was very disorganized and the server was extremely short with us. No drink refills. No checking on us. Pretty much ignored us the whole time. I don’t expect like world class service. We tried really hard to smile back and to show her that we wanted to be good customers. The manager of the store was even there, I think, but he even came out to brag that he likes to spend his time behind the mirror and make everyone else do the work. We only saw him for a brief moment to give his friend a tea and then he escaped behind the mirror room again. All the workers were working hard, but one lady was kinda screaming at everyone that they would need to do their own waffles or someth
