Waffle House

Immediately I appreciate the effort of the staff to keep the restaurant clean. They were cleaning, restocking and organizing the entire time we were there. The bathrooms were clean. Tables were clean. Our Server, Autumn, was delightful, attentive and very accommodating! Food was amazing, prepared exactly the way we wanted. Thank you chef! My husband and I were very impressed with this location. Y’all have an awesome team and are doing an amazing job, thank y’all!!

I’m submitting this complaint after a truly disappointing experience at your Waffle House. The issue was not wait time, pricing, or service — it was the quality and care coming off the line. The food I received looked like it was prepared with no pride, no attention to presentation, and no basic standard for taste or doneness. It came out sloppy, poorly assembled, and frankly felt like something that should have been caught and corrected before it ever hit a table. What bothered me most is the clear lack of conscience or accountability from the line cooks about what they’re serving. It did not feel like a team operating with any quality control, consistency, or concern for the customer’s experience. To be clear: this is not a “one-off mistake” vibe. First time to a waffle house ever. We waited and not sure to seat ourselves or not... ask a customer waiting for pickup and she said, yeah. Finally, they asked if were dining in.. yes and picked a small table. We ordered a apple juice and regular ice tea and they brought sweet tea and bottled apple juice. We also ordered the all star and got our meals minus the waffles... they forgot both and didn't know who the waffles went to and was only one ready... later they finally brought the other one out and was still mushy when received... However, waitress was very kind and checking out was even faster...

Victoria was ABSOLUTELY amazing! She was very attentive great sense of humor with my nephew and just an all-around great experience we need more people like her and customer service jobs

We had a great dine in experience. Our waitress was Sunshine and she took great care of us. All of the staff was friendly and the food came out promptly.
